Using advanced Project Management Techniques
This is an interview I did at Surfer Paradise January 2010. This was done after I graduated the Theta Healing teachers course and relates how I have successfully used Theta methods to achieve outstanding project Management results.

Identifying the root cause problem?
Is your management team working well together to achieve the company’s goals? 
Is the staff demotivated and lack lustre?
Are you losing your top managers and staff to your competitors?
Are your projects consistently missing agreed targets?
Does it appear that the tyres are spinning without much noticeable progress?
Are your top people showing signs of stress?
These are tell tale signs that the organisation has significant people problems.
What is the cost to your organisation if the problem is ignored?
When the problem is with your management team then poorly specified projects occur and causes costly time delays and project budget overruns and often fails to yield the expected benefits. The ROI is not realised. In regard to the operational side the performance starts to slip without the management leadership and diligence.
When the problem is with the staff the performance of projects and operations slips again costing the organisation crucial time, money and the expected benefits.
Can you really afford to ignore it?
How can we work together to solve the people issues?
The process we will use is collaboration and use enhanced language tools and techniques to zero in to identify the real root causes in the management team and the staff.
